Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. Orders below that are charged a flat $15.00 AUD within Australia.
Processing time
In-stock orders are packed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day after that. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-order items
Every shade is cut to your vehicle’s exact window shape, so an item that is not currently in stock is made for your order rather than picked off a shelf. You can order these as normal — they are never held back — and they are dispatched within 1–3 weeks. Items already in stock ship the next business day.
The product page shows stock for the set you have selected before you pay. If an order contains both kinds of item we dispatch it once the made-to-order items are ready, so it arrives in a single delivery. If anything is going to take longer than the estimate above, we will email you with a revised date.
Delivery time
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery times vary with your location and carrier availability.
International shipping
Orders outside Australia are charged a flat $55.00 AUD. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed; any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. Most carriers provide real-time delivery updates against that number.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us straight away. We will work with the carrier to resolve it and arrange a replacement or refund.
