By accessing and using the CarShade website (carshade.au) you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
Use licence
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on this site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, use for a commercial purpose, or transfer the materials.
Product information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. It is your responsibility to select the correct vehicle make, model, and year when ordering. If we ship an item that does not match the details confirmed on your order we will arrange an exchange. If incorrect vehicle details were entered at checkout, returns are handled under our change-of-mind policy.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping Policy. In short: free standard shipping over $100 AUD, $15.00 AUD below that, made-to-order items dispatched within 1–3 weeks.
Returns and refunds
See our Returns Policy. Free returns within 30 days — whether the item is faulty or you simply change your mind, we cover the return shipping.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarShade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing here excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
