Free returns within 30 days
If your product is faulty within 30 days of delivery we offer a free return and replacement. Contact us with photos of the defect and your order details.
Change of mind
If you change your mind you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and we cover the return shipping. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and components.

Wrong fit or model
If we send the wrong model, or the item does not match the vehicle details confirmed on your order, we offer a free exchange within 14 days of delivery. If the wrong item was ordered because incorrect vehicle details were selected at checkout, the item must meet our change-of-mind conditions — return shipping is still on us.
Return process
- Contact us to start a return
- Give us your order number and the reason for the return
- We send you a return authorisation and a prepaid shipping label
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back to us
- Once received and inspected we process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refund processing
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
