A D40 dual cab has four door windows, and that’s what we cut for it. The pattern came off a real one: measured on the car, cut, fitted back on, then adjusted until the black mesh sat flush in the frame. The rear doors on a dual cab are short, so those two are small panels.
If the ute is a work truck, the front pair earns its keep first — glare off the bonnet on an afternoon run, and you can leave the window down at a gate or a drive-through without losing the shade. They’re cut short of the mirror so nothing blocks your view or your reach out the window. Rear doors are worth adding as soon as anyone rides back there.
